VISION

To attain a community where people with disabilities, their relatives, and guardians attain self-employment and well achieved their full potential.

MISSION

Committed to help communities in difficult environment especially people living with disability to obtain resources that will smooth their education and make them independent on drawing a road map for their social and economic development through capacity building, guidance, interpreting by Laws and policy to ensure a community achieves its intended success and ensure their integral human development.

INTRODUCING THE ORGANIZATION

KOPDE used different ways of introducing itself and its activities to the community, one of the ways is through sports.

THE VISIT TO IGANGE VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER FOR THE DEAF

Vocational training is one of the areas that gives people with disabilities an opportunity for self employment. Thus, it is the best way for economic empowerment among people with disabilities. 

On the 23rd of March 2019 KOPDE members managed to visit one vocational training center for the deaf which is located in Tabora - Tanzania to donate things that could serve deaf children at the center in everyday life. Apart from giving something but they lent a lot of things and they got chance to encourage deaf children attending vocational training at Igange, Tabora- Tanzania.
